Ragged Point Resort offers a wide variety of dining options. Whether you are a casual afternoon visitor or are looking for a romantic and relaxed sunset dining experience, Ragged Point can fill the bill. Ragged Point Inn's Restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining. The Restaurant's indoor dining area is all glass enclosed, providing expansive views of the Big Sur Coast , blue sky, Pacific Ocean and Santa Lucia Mountains. Ragged Point Inn's outdoor dining patio is well protected from the elements and surrounded by our lush flower gardens and graced by koi ponds with waterfalls.

The Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We feature a wide variety of local fresh vegetables and seafood, pastas, Angus beef, and a fine selection of local California wines including our own private label.

  • Breakfast items include tasty egg dishes like omelets and benedicts, pancakes,
    and French toast

  • Lunch consists of large, fresh salads, delicious homemade soups,
    and gourmet sandwiches.

  • Dinner emphasizes California fresh cuisine-original seafood, pasta, and meat dishes,
    as well as mouth-watering desserts.

Ragged Point Inn's Restaurant hours are from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m., closing from 4 to 5 p.m.for a break between lunch and dinner The Ragged Point Inn and Resort Big Sur Restaurant is open 365 days a year.

Ragged Point Inn's Hot Dog Stand has been serving Highway 1 travelers since 1961, and has long been famous for its burger-and-fry fare but now the newly remodeled Hot Dog Stand offers visitors many more delicious menu choices.

The Ragged Point General Store offers more snack food options and for gourmet coffee lovers there is the Ragged Point Inn Espresso Bar.
